3 App Tracking Transparency and Tracking Choices

On iOS, BTA Sports may request permission through Apple’s App Tracking Transparency prompt.

If you grant permission, BTA Sports and certain third-party partners may use device identifiers and related app activity data to measure advertising, marketing, referral, and attribution performance. This helps us understand where users and subscribers come from and improve our marketing and product experience.

If you decline permission, we will respect your choice and limit tracking activities in accordance with applicable platform rules and your device settings.

You can change your tracking permission at any time in your iOS device settings by going to:

Then adjust the permission for BTA Sports.

BTA Sports does not sell your personal information. BTA Sports does not operate as a data broker. BTA Sports does not use your information to display third-party ads inside the app.

AppsFlyer

We may use AppsFlyer for attribution, analytics, campaign measurement, install measurement, referral measurement, subscription conversion measurement, and related marketing performance analysis.

AppsFlyer may process device identifiers, user or customer IDs, app event data, install information, app launch information, purchase or subscription events, IP address, device information, and related engagement information depending on our configuration and your consent choices.

Mixpanel

We may use Mixpanel for product analytics to understand how users interact with app features, improve the user experience, evaluate app performance, and identify product improvement opportunities.

App Stores and Payment Providers

If you subscribe or make purchases through the Apple App Store or another app store or payment provider, that provider may process your payment information and subscription transaction. BTA Sports may receive limited subscription or purchase status information needed to provide access to paid features and understand subscription performance.

7 How We Share Information
